Navy League Memphis reports on Marine Corporal Joshua Ploetz’s stop in Memphis on May 19th. Ploetz’s goal to raise awareness of Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) is well underway. Council Members have offered their both their moral and monetary support in this effort.
