The Board of Directors of FMF takes very seriously its duty to be good stewards of the funds that the organization receives from our loyal supporters.  With only a few exceptions, all of FMF’s board members, officers, team leaders, kitchen staff and other support personnel are unpaid volunteers who contributed over 15,000 man hours in 2014 to fulfill FMF’s mission.  In addition, all facilities for the training and housing of FOCUS participants are provided at no charge to the organization.  As a result, operational and administrative costs are kept to an absolute minimum so that your contribution goes to the execution of our week-long workshops and mentoring program.
