Darkness is all you see, silence is all you hear.

A bit of light and that is all you can bear

Your thirsty but for what, you hunger but why

You crawl trying to find nothing

Your mind is going, but where to

Your lost now, who are you

Are you here, you don’t know

Are they real, you say no

You search for happiness but

Can not see it’s right in front of

You, I’m right here

I see and feel and think

I’m always going to the brink

Of sanity and mindfulness

I sway and curve tfrom side to side

I am your brother I am your friend

My mouth is heavier than the pen

My chest is warm my hands are strong

Just reach out you belong

I can not stand to see your pain

Without you I have nothing to gain

Just incase you could not tell

I feel like I’m in hell

So reach for me and I’ll reach back

Together we will pick up the slack

I will mend your peace of mind

You will tell me I have mine

Happiness is like a team

Alone we are, we can not be

Together we are bold

Alone I can not hold

A warrior can’t fight alone

Strength in numbers

Including the soul
